NextGen has a team of professionals led by Jose Masó, who has extensive experience in emerging countries and is currently dedicated exclusively to humanitarian philanthropic projects. The team has more than 20 years of experience in preschool education, most of them as volunteers willing to travel for the development of the project.
It also has a team of experts in new technologies led by Eduard Nebot, who bring a vision of the future for the new generations.
Organizations such as the Keneilwe Foundation, Asc. Origenes y Raices, actively collaborate in the project.

Our Educational Model
The NextGen model is based on active methodologies, project-based learning, and an inclusive approach.

• A comprehensive educational program adapted to Botswana.

Nutrition, Hygiene, and Health Program
The well-being of the child is the basis for learning. Therefore, the project includes:

• Complete and balanced daily menu.
• Locally sourced, sustainably produced food.
• Nutritional supplements for special cases.
Health and Hygiene
• Daily hygiene routines.
• Basic health checks (weight, height, and general well-being).
• Training for families on child health.
• Collaboration with local clinics.
