The project aims to be a replicable and scalable model at an international level, with its first implementation area in Botswana.
PHASE 1
Pilot Phase: 5 centers in the Ghanzi District, Botswana
Main Objective:
-To validate the integrated educational model under real conditions and refine methodologies.
Specific Goals:
-5 operational educational centers
-Training of local teachers
-Installed clean drinking water systems
-Implemented nutrition programs
Key Indicators:
-70% coverage of preschool-aged children
-40% improvement in basic skills

PHASE 2
District Expansion (Years 4–8)
Location: Entire Ghanzi District, Botswana
Main Objective:
To consolidate the model and expand coverage across the entire district.
Specific Goals:
-20 additional centers (25 in total)
-Trained teachers
-Established school health network
-Strengthened community partnerships
Key Indicators:
-Full preschool coverage in the district
-30% reduction in primary school dropout rates
-90% of families actively participating
PHASE 3
Internationalization (Years 9–11)
Location: 3 countries in Africa and Latin America
Main Objective:
To replicate the proven model in new international contexts.
Specific Goals:
-30 centers across 3 countries
-Global network of trained teachers
-Model adapted to different cultural contexts
-Consolidated international partnerships
Key Indicators:
-Successful implementation in 3 different cultural contexts
-80% local financial sustainability in each country
-Creation of an international educational exchange network
TRANSFORMATIVE RESULTS
By 2035 we will have achieved:
-2,750 children with strong educational foundations
-200 educators trained in inclusive methodologies
-55 communities with guaranteed access to clean drinking water
-Nutrition programs impacting 5,000+ people
-1 replicable model for early childhood education in vulnerable contexts
